In your daily routine, you will be the main ambassador of the brand and share this essence with the team and customers.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Work with your team, Shop Manager, and Assistant Shop Manager to achieve the store's objectives and reach your maximum potential;
• Connect with customers and learn to offer them a significant shopping experience;
• You'll get energized by keeping the store clean and organized. Products are always presented according to our visual merchandising guidelines.
• Follow the store's security procedures.
• Bring your own ideas.

You will become an expert on our collections, products, and treatments. Rituals offers many opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills through our comprehensive training program.
