Salon Salesperson

A Perfumistta is a fine perfumery company committed to providing high-quality products. We are constantly growing and looking for people passionate about perfumes. Therefore, we are hiring Salon Salespeople to represent the brand in our stores in Centro and Savassi, in Belo Horizonte. More than just serving, you will be responsible for providing a true brand experience, helping each client find the ideal fragrance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consultative service, identifying each client's preferences and needs
• Contribute to meeting the store's sales targets
• Maintain the organization, replenishment, and visual presentation of the store and displays
• Participate in promotional campaigns and commercial actions
• Build customer loyalty through quality service

Requirements:

• Communicative, friendly, and proactive profile, with ease in approaching and serving clients, who genuinely enjoy working with the public.
• Interest in sales, perfumery, and cosmetics
• Advantage: previous experience in perfume sales

Benefits: Fuel Assistance/Full Public Transport Ticket, Flash Food Allowance R$500

Salary: R$1,900 base + commission on sales (average R$1,200/month)

Location: Centro or Savassi — Belo Horizonte

Hours/Schedule: 6x1 - Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (flexible hours, can be adjusted as agreed).
