VACANCY – SALESPERSON | LAW FIRM

Location: Foz do Iguaçu/PR

Modality: On-site

Employment Type: CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho - Brazilian Labor Law)

Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, with lunch from 12 pm to 1:30 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm

Compensation: R$ 2,000.00 + Transportation Voucher + aggressive commission

About the Opportunity

A law firm is seeking a Salesperson with a commercial profile, good communication skills, and a focus on results to work on-site converting leads and closing contracts. We are looking for a proactive, persuasive person committed to meeting goals, who wants to grow with a structured project and high earning potential.

Main Activities

• Handling hot leads who have already shown interest in the firm's services

• Warming up and recovering cold leads with a strategic approach

• Conducting in-person and telephone sales meetings

• Using already validated sales scripts and processes

• Updating information in CRM and monitoring the sales funnel

• Closing contracts and monitoring sales opportunities

Requirements

• Previous sales experience

• Good verbal communication and active listening skills

• Commercial profile, proactivity, and focus on conversion

• Organization and discipline in process execution

• Ease in working with goals and commercial routines

• Experience with sales of services, courses, or mentoring will be a differential
