Internal Salesperson

In partnership with Emporio Trebbiano, Also Hire is seeking an Internal Salesperson for the store in Poços de Caldas - MG. This is an ideal opportunity for sales professionals who are communicative and have an interest in the universe of wines and desire to be trained to become specialists in the area.

About the Job:

As an Internal Salesperson, your main objective will be to provide exceptional customer service. You will receive comprehensive training on our products to enable you to assist customers in choosing the ideal wine for each occasion, explaining about the different types and suggesting harmonizations. Your role will be to transform customer interest into a successful sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers in the store, identifying their needs and presenting products.
• Participate actively in the training offered by the company to learn about the wines in our portfolio.
• Guide customers on grapes, styles, and suggestions for harmonization.
• Conduct the sales process, from recommendation to closing at the cash register.
• Assist in organizing the store, including restocking shelves, inventory control, and setting up displays.
• Perform post-sales contact to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales in the retail sector and direct customer service.
• High School diploma complete.
• Genuine interest and great willingness to learn about the world of wines.
• Familiarity with store routines (cash register, inventory, organization).

Differential:

• Experience in sales of beverages, fine foods, or products that require technical knowledge will be a differential.

Additional Information:

• Work Location: Poços de Caldas/MG.
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 09h15 to 18h00.
• Employment Regime: CLT (Effective).
• Remuneration:
  • Fixed Salary: R$ 1,800.00 monthly.
  • Commission on sales.
