- Main responsibilities
- Provide consultative and personalized service, offering a differentiated customer experience;
- Also work in digital channels, strengthening relationships and expanding results;
- Organize and maintain the store's visual standard, ensuring an attractive environment aligned with the brand;
- Perform product replenishment and inventory control;
- Carry out after-sales service and customer loyalty;
- Work with goals and indicators, monitoring performance and seeking continuous improvement.
