Your role is to promote and sell memberships door-to-door and in public spaces. It is a dynamic job, ideal for sociable people who want to generate high commission-based income. Job and Payment Details Base Salary 2,426 NET pesos weekly, paid every Tuesday via BANAMEX. Commissions 20 pesos per membership sold, unlimited commissions paid in cash the same day. Schedule and Operation Full-time Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with one hour for lunch. Activities Initially, you will receive a route, but over time you will be able to plan your sales. It requires physical effort walking and standing for prolonged periods and carrying catalogs weighing between 7-9 kg. Schedule Adjustment for Peak Seasons The only change in the year occurs during 4 peak seasons: May 10th, Back to School, Buen Fin, and Christmas. During these weeks, your day off changes from Sunday to a weekday. Goals The ideal goal is 6 to 7 sales per day, but we invite you to exceed this average to maximize your income.
