What You Will Do:

• Consultative, on-site, and humanized service to clients looking for quality furniture for their homes.
• Close dialogue with families to understand their needs for decoration, comfort, and space.
• Negotiation of prices, deadlines, payment methods, and closing sales.
• Post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Solid and consistent sales experience (previous experience in furniture, upholstery, mattress, or decoration stores will be a great differential).
• Mature, welcoming, communicative profile focused on goals, but who prioritizes respect and teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills and ease in building trust with the public.
• Availability to work during street retail business hours (Monday to Saturday).
