Preparing those groceries happens from our warehouse in Amsterdam, where a large team receives, collects, and dispatches fresh products every day. As an intern in Safety Science & Occupational Health, you will help us strengthen that foundation every day: from the work floor to policy. Will you join our team from January or February 2027?

What you will do

Together with the Facility team, you will ensure a well-functioning warehouse in Amsterdam. You will help improve inventory management, internal transport equipment, maintenance, and processes. Additionally, you will monitor stock availability and support ad hoc projects and tasks. You will also contribute to making the Crisp culture resonate more throughout the entire organization. Your internship will include the following challenges:

• Together with the Facility team, you will manage supplies, coordinate facility activities, and work on maintenance.

• You will organize facility activities, such as process improvements, and investigate how we can reduce costs and work more sustainably.

• You will play a role in projects to equip our warehouses with the right facility provisions.

• The Facility team supports all Crisp locations. From suppliers to other visitors: you are the first point of contact and support the warehouse with maintenance and project management.

• You will contribute ideas for plans to expand and improve the facility provisions in our warehouse, so we can save costs and work more efficiently.

• You will help to identify where costs lie in our maintenance process and where we can achieve the most savings.

• Together with the Facility team, you will research opportunities for cost savings in the facility domain, in line with our core values.

This is you

For your HBO education, you are looking for a full-time hands-on internship. Additionally, you possess the following:

• You are currently pursuing an HBO education.

• You are available for at least 5 months.

• You are available 32 to 40 hours per week for a hands-on internship/research internship (in consultation).

• You are a presentable and enterprising colleague.

• You have strong planning skills and work in a structured manner.

• You are capable of working independently and proactively.

• You are daring and not afraid to take initiative.

• You are detail-oriented in research and solutions-focused.

• You are studying a field such as Facility Management / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering and Management.
