Your role at a glance
* Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, following manufacturer standards
* Conduct thorough inspections to assess wear, damage, or required replacements
* Provide expert technical advice to customers with professionalism and clarity
* Maintain outstanding customer service standards to build trust and loyalty
* Work collaboratively with service reception and workshop teams to ensure a smooth workflow
* Support and guide fellow technicians, fostering a positive team environment

* NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification)
* Strong knowledge of vehicle safety standards and guidelines
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy
* Ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining attention to detail
* A team player with strong collaboration skills
* A valid MOT licence is a plus but not essential
* A full UK driving licence is required
