As a result of continued growth, we are now seeking a qualified and motivated Vehicle Painter to join our dynamic team at our Gold Coast workshop. Position Overview: Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for painting vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Paint vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines. • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve workshop goals and objectives. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service is delivered at all times. • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, quality control, and customer service. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience as a Vehicle Painter or in a similar role. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Physical stamina to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods.
