Vehicle Glazier / Windscreen Technician

This is a full-time, permanent role in Ireland, with a 24-month contractual period. It is for a Vehicle Glazier with a starting salary of €34,000 annually, based on a 40-hour work week. This figure may be higher depending on experience. Overtime may be available at standard rates, with salary increasing proportionately if additional hours are required. The role involves the skilled repair and replacement of vehicle glass using industry-leading technology. You will work in modern depots or at customer locations, as required. Your duties will include but not be limited to: • Conducting thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any damage or defects. • Repairing and replacing windscreen wipers, door seals, and other glass components. • Using specialized equipment and tools to ensure high-quality repairs. • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used. • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives. • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. • Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. • Working flexible hours as required, including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle glazing or a related field, with experience working with glass and other materials. You should be physically fit, able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment, and comfortable working at heights. A full driving license is also desirable but not essential.
