Vehicle Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Supervise vehicle maintenance and repairs, manage tires and relationships with tire representatives;
• Plan and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance;
• Manage documentation related to the vehicle fleet;
• Monitor and manage specific consumption and consumables for the vehicle fleet (tires, fuel, cards, etc.);
• Issue repair orders to service providers and track them;
• Maintain and develop relationships with insurance companies, leasing firms, request quotes for R.C.A., CASCO (track validity of these), prepare documentation for damage files, etc.;
• Monitor the entire fleet with cost reports; optimize service costs at the maintenance part.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the automotive field is an advantage;
• Excellent organizational and planning skills;
• Able to work efficiently under pressure;
• Category B driving license;
• Communication and negotiation skills.
