Job description

  • Minimum 4-5 years of practical experience in Veeva Vault platform configuration and at least 6 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Very good knowledge of Veeva Vault components, including Objects, Lifecycles, Workflows, Page Layouts, Security Profiles, and Roles.
  • Experience in independent configuration and end-to-end implementation of at least one Veeva Vault solution.
  • Knowledge of Veeva Vault administration tools and configuration migration and management processes.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (GxP) and awareness of computer system validation requirements.
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation in accordance with auditability standards.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and completing tasks based on a backlog and tools like Jira.
  • Very good command of English and ability to cooperate with international stakeholders and project teams.

,[Configuration and development of the Veeva Vault platform in the areas of security, authorization, objects, workflows, and document and data lifecycles., Translation of business and functional requirements into scalable configuration solutions compliant with organizational standards., Design and maintenance of data models, page layouts, roles, security profiles, and sharing rules., Ensuring configuration consistency across multiple Veeva Vault instances and modules in the client's environment., Analysis of the impact of configuration changes on business processes, integrations, and inter-object dependencies., Cooperation with integration teams regarding the preparation of configurations for data exchange and system integrations., Participation in UAT testing support, analysis of reported bugs, and implementation of configuration corrections in accordance with established SLAs., Creation and updating of configuration documentation and support for Change Management processes and platform version deployments.] Requirements: Vault, Security, GXP, Agile, Scrum, Jira Additionally: Private healthcare.
