Job description
10 years of experience in CRM architecture and solution design, ideally in the healthcare sector Deep expertise in Veeva CRM (Vault, Align) and Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) Strong knowledge of CRM integrations and API management (Boomi, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP) Hands-on experience with CRM configuration and automation (e.g. Flow, Apex, Lightning) Solid understanding of data models, MDM, and HCP engagement Familiarity with regulatory compliance: GxP, GDPR, HIPAA Strategic thinking and ability to drive complex projects forward Experience working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing multiple tasks Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
