Veeam Backup Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities: Platform administration (L3): Own day-to-day administration, health, upgrades, and performance tuning of Veeam Backup & Replication and supporting components (repositories, proxies, gateways, WAN accelerators where applicable). Backup & restore operations: Ensure successful backup execution, proactive monitoring, failure remediation, and restore validations (file, application item-level, VM, and full server restores). Design & architecture: Design scalable backup architectures for large-scale environments. Develop and maintain Veeam backup and replication configurations to ensure data integrity and availability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Veeam backup and replication. Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest Veeam product releases, features, and best practices.
