We are a modern and fast-growing gaming center working with an international audience.
Now we are expanding the team of Russian-speaking Game Hosts in Belgrade and are looking for bright, charismatic and confident candidates who are ready to work in front of the camera and create a high-quality gaming experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in front of a global audience, ensuring a high standard of quality and professionalism.
• Conduct games live, maintaining positive energy, charisma and engagement.
• Maintain brand standards: appearance, presentation, manner of communication.
• Explain the rules of the games and maintain the interest of the audience.
• Control the game process and technical aspects in accordance with corporate standards.
• Maintain an atmosphere of trust, comfort and enjoyment for the players.
• Actively participate in training and development to improve skills and quality of presentation.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian (C1+) verbal and written speech.
• Basic level of English (A2B1) will be an advantage.
• Confidence, charisma, pleasant appearance and good presentation in front of the camera.
• Willingness to rotate shifts (including night shifts).
• Desire to work in an international, dynamic environment.
• Passport, willingness to relocate to Serbia.
• No tattoos in visible areas (company requirement).
