They define services from a business perspective, both with and without automation. They make an initial grouping of services in components, using principles based on business objectives and constraints. The goal is to create a clear understanding of the services that will be delivered, including those that are automated or manual. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as experience working with IT systems and architecture. The ideal candidate should have experience with VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Bash. Knowledge of Linux operating system is also required. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix technologies.
