They define services from a business perspective, both with and without automation. They make an initial grouping of services in components, using principles based on business objectives and constantly aligning them with changing business needs. This role is responsible for the design and implementation of VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) solutions, focusing on automation, scalability, and security. The ideal candidate will have experience with VDI technologies such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop, or VMware Horizon. They should also be familiar with scripting languages like Bash and PowerShell, as well as automation tools like Ansible and Terraform. Additionally, they should have knowledge of Linux operating systems and be able to work with Git version control system. The candidate will be expected to collaborate with the IT team to design and implement VDI solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. They will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining existing VDI infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.
