Experienced Telephone Sales Representative (Work from Home)

Responsibilities:

• Telephone sales of the company's products to our clients in Romania
• Confirming customer orders and increasing sales
• Maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction
• Interpersonal communication at a high level
• Enthusiasm and energy in conversations with clients
• Good organization of one's own activity and efficient response to internal communication

Requirements:

• Experience in telephone sales (knowledge of sales techniques)
• Enthusiasm and energy in conversations with clients
• Romanian language – advanced level
• English language – communicative level (communication with the manager – mainly via email) (B1 level)
• It is necessary to have your own computer and a permanent and fast internet connection (if you don't have headphones, we can send them to you :))
