Valve Assembler

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE BUSINESS: CIRCOR Flow Technologies India Private Limited LOCATION: Coimbatore DIRECT REPORTING: Assistant Manager - Manufacturing CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Key Responsibilities: • Assemble and disassemble control valves, actuators, on/off Valve & accessories according to engineering drawings and manufacturer specifications. • Inspect valve components for wear, damage, or defects and perform necessary repairs or replacements. • Conduct hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests on assembled valves to ensure proper functioning. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including testing results and any necessary repairs. • Collaborate with manufacturing team to optimize production processes and improve product quality. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in valve assembly, maintenance, or related field. • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and ability to interpret engineering drawings. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • Familiarity with quality control procedures and ability to maintain accurate records.
