Role Summary Micron is entering a new era where AI is accelerating not only what we build, but how we learn, lead, and evolve. The Culture & Talent Solutions Transformation plays a critical role in shaping the behaviors, mindsets, and ways of working that enable our global workforce to thrive today and continuously reinvent for what's next. This is a senior individual-contributor role responsible for both architecting enterprise culture transformation and activating it through targeted, high-impact initiatives that drive business outcomes. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for transforming Micron's culture, leveraging AI and other emerging technologies to create a more agile, innovative, and inclusive organization. This includes designing and implementing programs to enhance employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate cultural transformation initiatives into business operations and ensuring alignment with Micron's overall strategic objectives.
