Job description

For our client, a prestigious consulting firm, we are looking for:

The figures, integrated into the Valuation Team, will follow the following activities:

Valuations of real estate assets belonging to all asset classes (residential, offices, retail, hotels, development properties) using valuation methods (Market Comparison Approach, DCF, Residual Method, etc.) based on national and international best practices and compliance oriented (RICS, IVSC, ABI Standards, etc.);
Elaborations of Highest and Best Use Analysis aimed at defining the best valorization scenarios for individual assets or entire urban areas;
Collaboration in the drafting of proposals and presentations for Clients;
Technical activities for verification and control of urban-building and cadastral compliance, analysis of the adequacy of the capex plan and development times, and analysis of the design at the available detail level;
Monitoring of construction site activities in order to verify the progress of works, both from a physical and economic point of view of a development project, as well as the analysis of accounting documentation for payment control.

Required Requirements:

Degree in engineering/architecture (a Master's degree in Real Estate will be a preferential qualification);
At least 5-7 years of experience for the Sr. Valuer and 3-5 years for the Valuer, at leading real estate consulting firms, real estate, technical studies, banks, SGR, and NPL companies;
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point, AutoCAD;
Good organizational and flexibility skills;
Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Excellent analytical skills, proactivity, and teamwork ability complete the profile.

Hypothesized Gross Annual Salaries:

Valuer: € 35,000.00 – € 55,000.00 gross

Senior Valuer: € 55,000.00 – € 70,000.00 gross
