Join us in shaping the future of manufacturing! We are seeking a highly motivated Value Stream Engineer to join our team. As a Value Stream Engineer at Dekko, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing changes that drive efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and productivity • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Kaizen, Kanban) is an asset.
