Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Valuation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and valuation, with experience in performing valuations for various purposes such as mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and tax planning. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct complex financial analyses and valuations for clients, • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in valuation, • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and valuation, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
