The Automotive and Transportation division is at the forefront of developing software-defined vehicles, driving innovation towards requirements, operations, and functionalities entirely managed by software. We provide advanced solutions for vehicle connectivity, through infrastructure development, intelligent monitoring, IoT, and cloud architecture, without forgetting the attention to cybersecurity in end-to-end application development.


With the aim of strengthening the team, we are looking for a:




Validation Owner - Automotive




Join our Automotive and Transportation division, a group of over 300 consultants operating in Italy and approximately 8,000 globally. Our strength has always been the integration of our skills, which allows us to have a 360° view of the automotive world.



What will be your contribution at Akkodis?

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring vehicle verification and validation activities, ensuring compliance with quality, timeline, and budget objectives.

Activities:

  • Define and manage the vehicle validation plan (DVP), ensuring the achievement of quality, time, and cost objectives.
  • Coordinate verification and validation activities at the component, system, and complete vehicle level.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to gather technical requirements and plan testing activities.
  • Monitor the progress of the validation plan, identifying risks, critical issues, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure the availability and correct maturity of prototypes, hardware, and software necessary for validation activities.
  • Act as a technical reference for the validation process, ensuring effective communication among all involved stakeholders.




Profile

Do you have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or similar and at least 2 years of experience in validation activities in the automotive sector?


You can join the Automotive and Transportation team, work on diverse projects, and get to know various realities in the territory.





About you

Requirements to start your growth journey:

  • Excellent knowledge of system and vehicle verification and validation processes.
  • Good ability to manage project activities and coordinate technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving attitude, organizational skills, and result-orientation.
  • Knowledge of electric vehicle (EV) validation processes is highly appreciated, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English languages (minimum level B2)




Offer

CCNL Commercio (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce)

Permanent contract

Gross annual salary between €30,000 and €40,000
