Validation Engineer III

BEPC has a OPEN POSITION for Validation Engineer III to join our fast-growing team of consultants! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide technical engineering support for validation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing strategies and procedures. • Conduct thorough testing and validation activities to ensure the quality and reliability of products and processes. • Develop and maintain documentation related to testing and validation activities. • Identify and report potential issues or defects, and work with the team to resolve them. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve testing and validation methods. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing and validation processes. • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions for their testing and validation challenges. • Provide training and support to junior engineers and other team members as needed.
