Validation Engineer II (Packaging)

BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe. We are looking for a Validation Engineer II (Packaging ) to support and implement changes in packaging and manufacturing processes for medical device product lines. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate should have experience in validation of packaging and manufacturing processes, knowledge of GMPs, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations. Additionally, the candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Validation Engineer II (Packaging), you will be responsible for conducting audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also be required to develop and implement procedures for packaging and manufacturing processes, as well as provide training to production staff on new procedures. This role requires strong technical knowledge of packaging and manufacturing processes, as well as experience in validation and auditing. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in validation engineering.
