Job description
Join our team as a Spa Valet at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, reporting to the Spa Director. Spa Valet is responsible for maximizing relationships with guests and spa revenue through effective programming, performance management, and sales. As the first point of contact for the spa, this function ensures excellent guest relations, providing all hotel standards at the spa reception, as well as offering tours of the spa, helping guests with lockers and amenities. Spa Valet maintains cleanliness, inventory, and organization of all facilities and services, including the reception, commercial space, lockers, wet areas, gym, and salons.
