Job Description:
The incumbent of this position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, terraces, windows, floors, furniture, and carpets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To carry out tasks such as removing trash, vacuuming carpets, and dusting furniture.
- To request timely the cleaning articles and materials required for the development of activities.
- To support movements of furniture and equipment when necessary.
- To clean areas of the gymnasium and movement studio.
- To supply necessary supplies in the area.
- To keep work tools clean.
- To report any anomaly, damage, or defect to the immediate supervisor.
- To comply with the Internal Regulations, organization manuals, and procedures.
- Inventories of missing pieces.
- To clean, wash, and scrub by hand with manual tools, carpet machines, and upholstered furniture cleaners.
- To vacuum and clean interiors to dry-clean carpets and upholstery.
- To apply cleaning agents to remove exterior and interior stains.
- Knowledge of carpet washing machine handling.
- Knowledge of upholstery chemicals.
