Valence Romans Agglo - Expenditure and Revenue Manager M/F

Within a Joint Finance Directorate for the Valence Romans Agglomeration Community, the City of Valence, and the City of Romans, the Execution Department has 12 expenditure and revenue execution officers distributed across three accounting units. Under the responsibility of the head of the Romans unit, the mission is: - to authorize expenditures and revenues managed within the departments - to ensure the proper transmission of slips to the treasury - and also to respond to requests from departments, the treasury, and suppliers. Main activities: · Proceed with the mandating of invoices and revenue titles in accordance with the procedures developed by the Finance Department · Control the proper reception of flows at the treasury via the Hélios platform · Participate in the continuous monitoring and proper management of the generic "financial management" mailbox to provide responses to requests from suppliers, departments, and the treasury · Route invoices through the financial software circuits in addition to other service workstations · Participate in various projects initiated by the Finance Department (dematerialization, modification of framework documents) · Advise and support departments in monitoring their budget execution. Complementary activities: · Monitor, record, and update the P503 statement (collection before revenue title) · Monitor and control entries related to the disbursement of grants to associations · Monitor the treasury status · Monitor correspondence in Acropolis.
