Your role
You are the connecting link between the teams on the floor and the management. Initially, you will partly participate in the operation to really get to know our guests, locations, and employees. Then, you will shift your focus to overseeing, process optimization, and strategic direction, so that our locations run like a well-oiled machine.

Your role

What will you do?
- Leading and developing location managers and shift leads (approximately 30 FTE).
- Maintaining quality and guest experience – from service to hygiene (HACCP).
- Responsible for revenue, costs, procurement, and margin.
- Weekly reporting to management.
- Implementing process improvements and developing new SOPs.
- Building on new locations and concepts.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in the hospitality, catering, or foodservice industry.
- Experienced in managing multiple teams and locations.
- Strong in planning, organizing, and strategic thinking.
- Analytical, decisive, and people-oriented.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on oriented.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English.
- A key position in a growing hospitality concept with direct lines to management.
