As a Specialist in the team Zekerheden, you are the indispensable link in the financing process. You ensure that all real estate data - such as valuations and lease contracts - from our business clients are up-to-date, so they can grow quickly and responsibly.

What will you do?

• Manage and update valuation reports and lease contracts for commercial real estate;
• Interface with stakeholders, including direct contact with customers, business advisors, and internal colleagues;
• Maintain the quality of credit applications up to €5 million;
• Actively contribute to your self-managed Agile team to improve processes daily;
• Signal deviations and proactively take action towards the customer.

What do you bring?

• HBO work and thinking level;
• 0-2 years of experience (for example, in client contact or administration);
• Analytical and secure;
• Achiever mentality: you are proactive, willing to give feedback, and take responsibility;
• Affinity with business processes and good skills in Excel.

• 36 hours per week;
• Up to €3,900 based on 36 hours;
