Vacation Sales Representative

We’re seeking a motivated and travel-loving Vacation Sales Representative to join our growing remote team. In this fully remote role, you’ll help clients book dream vacations by matching them with the perfect destinations, packages, and experiences. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings or calls to understand clients’ vacation preferences and provide personalized recommendations. This includes discussing travel dates, destinations, and activities to ensure the perfect fit. Sales and Booking: Utilize our proprietary booking system to book and manage client vacations. This includes processing payments, handling cancellations, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, including email, phone, and video calls. Travel and Training: Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on new destinations, packages, and experiences. This includes attending webinars, workshops, and online training modules.
