UX/UI Designer (m/w/d) - Freelancer

who will further advance our innovative software solution for hospitals. As part of our dynamic team, you have the opportunity to make real changes in an exciting market and increase efficiency and satisfaction in hospitals.

We are looking for someone who wants to work with us long-term, approximately 20 hours per month.

Aufgaben

• Scalable UX & Navigation: You ensure that the software remains intuitive despite new features. You find intelligent solutions for menu guidance, so users can still keep track of the platform's growth.
• Data Visualization & Dashboards: You design overviews, graphics, and tables that make large data sets visually appealing and easily comprehensible.
• App Redesign: You take over the visual overhaul of our existing mobile app to significantly improve usability.
• UI Implementation & Handoff: You deliver pixel-perfect designs (in Figma) and prepare them so that our developers can implement them efficiently.

Qualifikation

• Fundamental experience in designing complex B2B software, SaaS applications, or dashboards.
• Analytical skills to penetrate growing software structures and ensure a lasting intuitive navigation.
• Visionary competence in preparing complex data into appealing UIs, graphics, and dashboards.
• Routine handling of Figma, as well as clean preparation of designs for development.
• Independent and self-responsible working style with focus on achievable results and pragmatic solutions.
• Teamwork ability and good communication skills
