Shape the digital world of tomorrow as an AI-powered UX/UI Designer!

Are digital products, apps, and web projects your world? Are you

fascinated by technology, design, and user experience? And do you want to know how AI is changing

the work of designers right now? Then the role of Product Designer

(UX/UI) is exactly right for you. You will design digital products with the latest

AI tools without having to delve deep into code yourself.

● We train you remotely/online to become a UX/UI Designer in 4 months

(German-speaking)

● You will learn the most modern tools such as Figma, Claude Design, and Miro. This also includes

AI tools for ideation, wireframing, and prototyping, as well as Vibe Coding for interactive

prototypes.

● Your trainers are design leads from top tech companies like Delivery

Hero, Personio, and SAP.

● During the further education, we will support you in finding a company

that offers you a job entry during or after the bootcamp.

● The further education is possible in full-time or part-time alongside your job.

● You will receive mentors who will guide you through the program, and you will simulate

work in product teams on real cases.

● Up to 100% funded with the Bildungsgutschein (education voucher) from the Agentur für Arbeit

(AZAV-certified)

● After four months, you will enter digital product teams as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer

with a certificate and your own portfolio case.

Your Tasks:

Managing Design Processes

● As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with developers, stakeholders, and

other parties involved to create user-centric solutions. You

will use AI-powered workflows to speed up the process from idea to solution

and improve decision-making.

User Research with AI as a Thinking Partner

● You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs.

Using interviews, surveys, and data analysis, you will create personas and customer journeys.

AI will help you evaluate insights faster and identify patterns.

AI-Powered Prototyping & Wireframing

● You will develop ideas and visualize them as wireframes and interactive

prototypes. With AI tools, you can generate wireframes and mockups faster. With Vibe

Coding, you can build clickable prototypes that you can test directly with users.

Usability Testing & Design Optimization

● You will plan and conduct usability tests to ensure your designs are intuitive and

user-friendly. You will evaluate the test results, and the feedback

will be directly incorporated into the optimization of the user interface.

Product & User Experience Design

● You will design the product's experience and interface so that it looks good and

is easy to use. You will work with design systems and pay attention to

accessibility according to EAA and WCAG.

Designing AI-Native Products

● You will design products for a world where AI itself becomes the interface, e.g., for

chat and assistant experiences. You will know where AI provides real added value for

users and where it does not.

Tracking & Analysis

● You will observe how users interact with the product using tools like Hotjar and Google

Analytics. You will measure with UX KPIs whether your design is working and

continue to improve it specifically.

Qualification

● You are enthusiastic about design and technology and love creating digital experiences

● You are curious about AI and want to specifically use new AI tools in your daily design work

● You enjoy working in a team and celebrating successes together

● You enjoy agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and iterate

designs quickly

● You can clearly communicate your design ideas and convince stakeholders of your

concept

● You show initiative, contribute creative solutions, and work pragmatically

● You have a strong sense for user needs and a good eye for detail

● Prior experience in design is not a must; what is important is your willingness to learn tools like

Figma.

About Us:

We, Digitale Leute School, train Product Designers (UX/UI) in our bootcamps

and place them in entry-level positions (further education). AI is not an add-on for us,

but an integral part of our workflow. This way, you will learn exactly the skills that modern
