Tasks:

• You design intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and develop interactive prototypes for a new communication management system - You take over the visual elaboration of user interfaces and coordinate closely with partner departments to ensure a uniform, company-wide look and feel - You analyze user requirements, derive concrete design requirements from them, and translate complex technical workflows into understandable, barrier-free user concepts - You act as a bridge between users and development teams to ensure the technical feasibility of designs at an early stage

Qualifications:

• You bring a successfully completed degree in media design, communication design, or a comparable design qualification with you - You possess fundamental experience in conceiving and prototyping software interfaces (UX/UI) and consistently put the user at the center of your work - You are skilled in working with common design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch - First-hand experiences or touchpoints in the project environment with authorities and organizations with security tasks or in a strongly regulated environment are advantageous - You convince through communication strength in coordination with various departments and bring very good German and English language skills
