UX/UI Designer / Grafikdesigner (m/w/d)

Our brand 'pCon' is deeply rooted in the office furniture industry and is now reaching more companies from the fields of lighting and acoustics, medicine, education, logistics, and facility management. Every day, over 150 motivated colleagues develop our solutions for visual configuration systems and 3D planning software further.

We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer / Grafikdesigner (m/w/d) for at least 30 hours per week at our headquarters in Ilmenau, Thuringia - the green heart of Germany!

Aufgaben

In your role as UX/UI Designer / Grafikdesigner (m/w/d), you will be our central point of contact for all graphic projects within the company. Your tasks will therefore be very diverse.

• Concept and design of products and interaction graphics for user interfaces, taking into account corporate design
• Tight cooperation with development teams to create high-quality and well-coordinated project components
• Conceptualization of digital layouts for Web, App, and Social Media
• Creation of print and digital media for advertising purposes

Qualifikation

• Degree or equivalent qualification through training or professional experience in the field of communication or graphic design, as well as a general affinity for design themes and digital trends
• Experience working with common design programs and methods (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
• Experience in UX/UI design with a deep understanding of user experience and design principles, as well as an instinct for aesthetics and user behavior
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
• Clear and structured work style with quick comprehension
