We are VanSprint, a growing e-commerce company specializing in e-bikes and bicycle accessories.

We combine our passion for bicycles with modern online retail and bring e-bikes to people all over Germany. In addition to our retail store in Darmstadt, we reach our customers primarily through our online shop.

The cycling industry has experienced its ups and downs in recent years. Thanks to our dedicated team, we have successfully overcome these challenges and continue to grow.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

• Further development and optimization of our online shop with a focus on user experience and conversion
• Analysis of user behavior and identification of conversion potentials
• Development and optimization of landing pages, product pages, category pages, and checkout processes
• Planning and execution of A/B tests and conversion optimizations
• Analysis of user paths, drop-offs, and conversion rates
• Development of UX/UI concepts for new features and shop areas
• Optimization of mobile and desktop user experience
• Collaboration with Marketing, SEO, SEA, and Development
• Evaluation of relevant KPIs and derivation of concrete measures
• Continuous improvement of the customer journey from the initial search to the purchase

Qualifications

Your Qualifications

• Experience in UX/UI, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), or E-commerce
• Good understanding of user experience, web design, and digital customer journeys
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization
• Analytical thinking and confident handling of relevant KPIs
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or comparable tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
• A sense for modern, user-friendly web design
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Interest in current developments in the field of e-commerce, UX/UI, and AI
