Your Role as UX/UI Designer: Shaping Digital Learning Products That Are Actually Used

As a UX/UI Designer at Titanom, you will develop user-centered UX concepts and intuitive UI designs for modern web and AI applications. In close collaboration with Product Owners and the development team, you will translate complex requirements into clear, exciting user experiences.

Your Impact at Titanom:

• UX Conception & UI Design: You will develop thoughtful UX concepts and high-quality, user-centered UI designs for modern web applications – from the initial idea to implementation.
• Research, Usability Testing & Optimization: You will plan, moderate, and evaluate usability tests, derive concrete optimization measures, and continuously integrate user feedback into the design process.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: You will create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes, working closely with Product Owners, developers, and other departments.
• Interaction Design & User Journeys: You will design intuitive interactions, clear information architectures, and efficient workflows that delight users throughout their entire user journey.
• Design Systems & Consistency: You will contribute to the further development of design systems, components, and design guidelines, ensuring a consistent user experience across all applications.
• Communication & Collaboration: You will present and justify design decisions clearly to internal teams and stakeholders and support the technical implementation together with the development team.

Requirements

• Completed degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Media Informatics or a comparable education.
• At least one year of practical experience in UX/UI Design as well as in-depth knowledge of Design Thinking and User-Centered Design.
• Very good knowledge of design and prototyping tools, especially Figma as well as the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Initial practical experience in the use of AI-supported tools and technologies within the design process.
• Structured, goal-oriented, and self-reliant way of working, as well as the ability to closely coordinate the technical feasibility of designs with development.
• A high degree of creativity, initiative, and technical understanding, as well as very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2).

Your Compensation

For this position, we offer a fixed salary in the range of EUR 45,000 to EUR 50,000 per year, depending on your individual strengths and experience. It is important to us that you know where you stand from the beginning, which is why we communicate the salary range openly and transparently.
