Job description
We are building a great company that brings together financial inclusion, Schufa services, and Open Banking for millions of customers in Germany. The app and web strategy as channels are very important. That's why we are looking for a great UI-UX Designer to strengthen our team.
Your Tasks
● You conceptualize and design native/responsive websites for mobile or desktop/laptop.
● You take the lead in visualizing features, products, and services for our customers and deliver the best UI and UX results in close collaboration with the product, content, communication, and management departments.
● You create mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
● You design various digital advertising formats such as display ads, newsletters, teasers.
● You are responsible for the target group-oriented design of user interactions and for A/B tests.
● You communicate within the interdisciplinary large marketing team, product team, and frontend developers.
Your Profile
● You have 5 years of experience as a screen designer/UI designer.
● You have already worked in a regulated business environment. You have an AIS license for PSD2 (optional)
● You have also already taken a leading role in some projects to coordinate the release of features and products to the market.
● You have developed important products in the industry for B2C companies in the German market.
● Native German speaker or C2 certification. Written German skills are mandatory, along with English at a communicative level in the work environment.
● You know the dos & don'ts of conversion-strong mobile & web design.
● You are proficient in using Invision and the latest web tools and have solid knowledge of all tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, etc.
● You are detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and possess a strong team spirit. Benefits As part of the -team, there are the following
