Job description
Join #TeamSiroko! At Siroko, we keep growing and are looking for a UX/UI Designer to strengthen our digital business lines, working hand in hand with development, product, marketing, content, and data. The goal is clear: design experiences that are careful, consistent with the brand, and ready for production.
In Siroko, we live sport as a way of life and work for a global community that understands it just like us. Our digital ecosystem is a key part of that relationship: ecommerce, apps, content platforms, campaigns, and new product initiatives, all of which are fundamental points of contact with our community.
Each experience matters. That's why we want to keep elevating the digital presence of the brand, and we're looking for someone who can push that challenge with us.
👀 What are we looking for?
We're looking for design with criteria: visually careful, aligned with the brand, and oriented towards resolving real user and business needs.
The goal is not just to create attractive interfaces, but to design clear, consistent, and easy-to-use experiences, especially in contexts where each decision can impact navigation, conversion, trust, and brand perception.
This is a dynamic environment with multiple business lines and frequent releases, so we value especially the ability to land ideas, prioritize, adapt, and design thinking both about the user and the feasibility of implementation.
💼 What will you be doing?
To us, AI is not an extra: it's a daily tool. We use it genuinely –flows with Claude Code + Figma, rapid prototyping, microcopy, documentation– and we want someone who will embrace it and, besides, bring new ways to exploit it to the team. If AI is already part of how you work, or you're dying to make it so, this is your spot.
What do we offer?
💼 Unconditional full-time contract.
🌠Remote work mode.
â° Flexible schedule every day of the year with a range of entry between 08:00h and 10:00h. Continuous working hours on Fridays of the year, as well as in July and August.
ðŸ—“ï¸ 22 paid workdays off.
🎉 Birthday leave (if it coincides with a weekend or holiday, you can move it to the previous or next business day).
💻 In-company English classes. We'll schedule them at mid-day to try not to condition your afternoon departure time as much as possible.
✅ Referral Program and Baby Bonus.
💰 Attractive discounts on our entire Siroko range: www.siroko.com
💠A creative, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
â™ï¸ Opportunity to work with a passionate team and challenging projects.
📈 Possibilities of professional growth and development within the company.
â„¹ï¸ Selection process

The goal is not just to create attractive interfaces, but to design clear, consistent, and easy-to-use experiences, especially in contexts where each decision can impact navigation, conversion, trust, and brand perception.
This is a dynamic environment with multiple business lines and frequent releases, so we value especially the ability to land ideas, prioritize, adapt, and design thinking both about the user and the feasibility of implementation.
💼 What will you be doing?
- Design digital solutions for our different business lines: ecommerce, app, content platforms, landings, campaigns, and new product initiatives.
- Analyze existing flows, detect improvement needs, and translate user, business, and technology objectives into clear and actionable design proposals.
- Work on the different phases of the design process according to project needs: information architecture, navigation, user flow, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Pose functional requirements and improvements considering each product's purpose, user experience, usability principles, and impact on conversion.
- Care for and grow our design system: consistency, reusable components, and visual coherence across all products.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams: frontend, development, business, CRO, data, brand, content, and other project-implicated teams.
- Document proposals clearly and structured to facilitate handoff, prototyping, and development.
- Communicate and argue your design decisions before the team and project owners, relying on usability criteria, available data, qualitative feedback, and business needs.
- Design A/B tests defining different user flows to achieve a single objective and analyze their impact on key business metrics.
- Master ecommerce flows. You understand perfectly how a product page, cart, and checkout work, and where you win or lose the user.
- Criterion UX. Define flows, navigation structures, and information hierarchies with solutions that improve real experiences, not just on paper.
- UI impeccable. Execute high-quality interfaces, polished and consistent, with attention to visual hierarchy, composition, typography, spacing, interaction states, and coherence with the brand. You know how to innovate without breaking the system.
- Air ideas, prioritize, and design thinking about technical viability. If something is not viable, propose a plan B that works.
- Sensitivity to technology. You don't need to program, but you speak the technical language: understand HTML, CSS, responsive, components, and states (loading, errors), and know what's behind each screen are technical decisions.
- Mental collaborative work. You work well with multidisciplinary teams: frontend, development, product, marketing, or data. You understand the importance of listening to other viewpoints and know how to integrate feedback to arrive at more solid solutions.
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI, digital product, or web interface design, with at least 2 years in ecommerce, retail, or digital environments focused on business, conversion, and continuous improvement.
- Expertise in Figma as a main tool: component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping, interfaces, and documentation.
- Criterion UX solid: you understand complete flows, justify your design decisions, and think about the experience, not just the screen.
- Online portfolio with start-to-finish work on web and mobile: research, wireframes, and final UI.
- Capacity for organization to prepare clear, documented, and easy-to-understand deliveries for technical and business teams.
- Sensitivity with behavioral analytics (Clarity or similar) to support decisions in data, not just intuition.
- Experience in usability testing, user research, or qualitative analysis.
- Sensitivity to microcopy. You understand that text is design: labels, error messages, empty states, and onboarding that guides the user.
- Curiosity and autonomy. You're driven by learning, trying, and improving how you work. When faced with an obstacle, you have initiative to understand it, explore options, and propose solutions.
