UX/ UI Designer (Middle-Senior)

Role Overview We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who combines strong visual taste with a deep understanding of user behavior. You’ll design clear, user-friendly interfaces, create prototypes, and conduct user research to ensure our products are both beautiful and effective. Key Responsibilities: * Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user stories, user feedback, and usability testing. * Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. * Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. * Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers. * Ensure design consistency across all platforms and products. * Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. * Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer. * Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills. * Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). * Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. * Experience conducting user research and usability testing. * Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Knowledge of current UI/UX trends and best practices.
