At Nfq Advisory Services, we are looking for a UX Service Design Facilitator with strategic vision, a Design Thinking mindset, and exceptional talent for leading and influencing across the organization.

Here you won't just design screens; you will be the catalyst that helps different areas of the bank collaborate, align their priorities, and transform ambiguous business challenges into clear, prioritized, and executable projects.

Your Mission

• Lead End-to-End (E2E) Facilitation: Design, prepare, conduct, and close multidisciplinary co-creation and ideation workshops (in-person, remote, and hybrid).
• Problem Framing: Transform complex or ambiguous needs into defined problems, clear hypotheses, and executable decisions.
• Stakeholder Management: Identify key players, align conflicting visions, and influence without formal authority to achieve sustainable agreements.
• Synthesis and Strategic Closing: Translate conversations and insights into decisions, agreements, risk analyses, dependency maps, and project next steps.
• Methodological Mastery: Activate innovation processes using Design Thinking, User-Centered Design, Service Design, Customer Journey Mapping, and innovation tools.

What are we looking for in your profile? (Mandatory Requirements)

1. Education and Experience: UX / Service Design / Interaction Design profile with demonstrable experience leading and driving workshops.
2. Facilitation Skills: Impeccable timeboxing, maintaining focus in the room, balancing participation, conflict management, and real-time adaptation.
3. Executive Communication & Storytelling: Active listening, assertiveness, clarity for executive audiences, and excellent reading of the room's atmosphere.
4. English: Conversational Level (able to articulate ideas and facilitate international environments if required).
