Co-Development Business Unit is looking for a UX Researcher/Service Designer

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 24 months.

You will be a part of a high-impact team driving digital transformation through rapid prototyping and experimentation. The successful candidates will contribute to reducing Proof-of-Concept (POC) development timelines, ensure both business validation and technical feasibility of ideas, and support our transition to a product-centric operating model aligned with the team's Technology Strategy.

What will you do?

• Lead user research initiatives and design thinking workshops to inform prototype development and validate user needs within the experiment sandbox environment.
• Create intuitive, user-centred interfaces and interaction designs for rapid prototyping, ensuring accessibility and usability standards are maintained across all experimental solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to co-create POCs that balance user experience with technical feasibility in compressed development cycles.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and design patterns that can be rapidly deployed across multiple experiments and prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on design concepts, ensuring experimental solutions meet real user needs before significant investment.
• Champion human-centred design principles and advocate for user experience considerations in technical architecture decisions within the sandbox environment.
• Document design processes, user insights, and best practices for broader adoption across product teams, contributing to the organisation's design maturity.
• Partner with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure all design solutions adhere to accessibility standards and regulatory requirements.
