UX Product Manager (m/f/d) – Tegtmeier Internet Solutions GmbH

On behalf of our client Tegtmeier Internet Solutions GmbH, Sinnkontor GmbH is looking for a UX Product Manager (m/f/d).

Why Us?

Tegtmeier Internet Solutions: Quality & Passion. For over 20 years, we have been delivering reliable software solutions – anything but ordinary.

We provide a comfortable environment for developers who enjoy growing together on an equal footing in a strong, enthusiastic team and sharing a passion for technology. With a down-to-earth, Hanseatic spirit, you contribute your knowledge and discover new things at the same time – in an open corporate culture that fosters innovation, geekiness, and creativity.

We create a space that is as supportive and demanding as it is familiar – with varied tasks and flat hierarchies. A Place That Benefits You.

What Awaits You:

We are currently launching new projects where we think AI-first from the very beginning – from development to the product idea. Topics such as tourism, mental health, and the music industry meet modern software stacks and AI-powered development. If you are eager to build things with us that don't smell like standard enterprise solutions but truly make a difference, then we are looking for you!

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for a product area in day-to-day business with our clients – with deep insight into business processes that you will improve.

• You understand the users: Interviews, research, and usability tests are your tools.

• You design flows and prototypes directly in code using AI – AI tools like Claude Code or Codex are an integral part of your work.

• You write stories with clear acceptance criteria that teams and AI agents can implement.

• You prepare planning sessions, set priorities in the backlog, and scope the effort to create a good MVP.

• You conduct reviews with our clients.

• You openly address conflicting goals and say “no” or “later” when it serves the cause.

• You set the pace so that quality and tests can keep up.

• You enjoy questioning the status quo and trying out new approaches.

• You work closely with development and frontend/UI.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you have 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or UX conception – with real responsibility for software products.

• You work with AI in your daily routine: you prototype with tools like Claude Code or Codex and write requirements in a way that AI agents can implement them.

• You have experience with real users and clients, communicate on an equal footing – even when it gets uncomfortable – and work independently and solution-oriented.

• You critically question requirements and clarify them before development begins.

• You are familiar with agile development from daily practice.

• You have a basic technical understanding and a good eye for UI and design systems – you don't need to be a designer yourself.

• You reflect on your work and pass on your craft – to people and AI agents (experience as a tutor or mentor is a plus).

• You speak German at C1 level and English at B2 level.

Benefits

• Workstation with top-notch equipment in a modern office near the main train station

• Regular IT conferences, further training, hackathons, and team events

• Free drinks / fruit / vegetables / snacks in the office

• Subsidies for public transport, lunch, and EGYM-Wellpass
