UX Manager / UI Designer (m/w/d)

We are looking for a UX Manager/UI Designer who is ready to elevate the user experience of our successful online shop to the next level?

At Holz-Richter, we are seeking a UX Manager/UI Designer who will strengthen our E-Commerce team with data-driven ideas and a clear view of the customer journey.

With our online shop casando, we set new standards in the area of house & garden – and that's where you come in: You will continuously develop the user experience along the entire customer journey and ensure measurable impact.

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for continuous UX optimization of our online shop along the entire customer journey (Navigation, Search, Category & Product pages, Shopping cart, Checkout)
• Identification of optimization potential using qualitative methods (e.g. User Research) and quantitative data (Analytics, KPIs)
• Development of data-based hypotheses including prioritization based on impact and effort
• Conceptualization of UX optimizations, wireframes, and prototypes
• Closely working with the Development team to implement and quality assure
• Planning, execution, and evaluation of tests (e.g. A/B-tests) to measure success
• Monitoring relevant KPIs and ensuring sustainable performance improvement
• Collaboration on exciting digital projects in the area of house & garden

Qualifikation

• First experiences in UX design for digital products, ideally in an E-commerce environment, with several years of experience being desirable.
• Solid understanding of concepts for online shops, including navigation, category and product pages, search and filters, checkout and shopping cart.
• Familiarity with Figma, including prototyping and working with components.
• Basic understanding of web analytics and behavioral data such as funnels, heatmaps or session recordings.
• First experiences with User Research and Usability Tests, from planning to execution to evaluation and recommendations.
• Good understanding of technical feasibility and collaboration with Development, HTML and CSS knowledge being an advantage.
• Interest in Design System work, for example maintaining and further developing a component library, specifications, and UX QA.
• Clear communication, structured working style, and enthusiasm for collaboration with stakeholders..
