Aufgaben

• End-to-End UX-Verantwortung: You are responsible for the user experience of our B2C healthcare products throughout the product lifecycle – from the first idea to live operation.
• UX-Qualität & Konsistenz: You ensure consistent, trustworthy, and barrier-free user experiences across all touchpoints – particularly along sensitive patient and treatment processes.
• Produktnahe Konzeption: You develop UX concepts, user flows, and UX-driven user stories in close collaboration with Product Management and Development.
• Hands-on Design & Prototyping: You create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and UI concepts independently for rapid validation and implementation.
• User Research & Testing: You plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, usability tests, and A/B tests, and lead concrete optimizations.
• Datengetriebene Optimierung: You analyze usage data, conversion funnel, and user feedback and continuously improve usability, conversion, and user satisfaction.
• UX-Standards & Weiterentwicklung: You develop UX architecture, design systems, and UI guidelines further and ensure consistent application in the product.
• Koordination & Abstimmung: You work as a central UX interface closely with Product Team, Business, Marketing, and Development to ensure clear coordination and efficient implementation.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im Product- & UX-Umfeld: You have at least five years of professional experience in developing and optimizing digital products, ideally in the B2C or healthcare context.
• Produkt-Launch-Erfahrung: You have successfully launched digital products or apps with a real user base from concept to release.
• UX-Methoden & Testing: You have fundamental experience with user research, usability tests, and A/B testing and systematically apply these to product improvement.
• Produktnahe Arbeitsweise: You master working with user stories, user flows, and wireframes and are confident in collaboration with Product Management and Development.
• Design- & Tool-Kompetenz: You work confidently with Figma and are familiar with common Jira workflows in agile product development.
• Business- & KPI-Verständnis: You understand business goals, KPIs, and conversion funnel and can make UX decisions data-driven and impact-oriented.
• Kommunikation & Zusammenarbeit: You communicate clearly and structuredly with different stakeholders and bring experience in team-based collaboration and professional responsibility.

Nice to have

• Rapid Prototyping & MVPs: Experience in rapid prototyping and structured concept development and implementation of MVPs in iterative development cycles.
• Validation & Experimente: Strong validation mindset with experience in testing, verifying, and further developing UX and product hypotheses, e.g., through usability tests or A/B tests.
• Lean Product & Healthcare: Understanding of lean product development with fast feedback loops; experience in the digital health or regulated B2C products is an advantage.
