UX Designer (Senior)

We are looking for a UX Designer (Senior) with a clear focus on conceptual and analytical thinking. You plan and conduct user research independently, advise our customers confidently and at eye level, and translate user insights into reliable decision-making foundations. At the same time, you actively drive the automation of our design and research pipeline with AI.

Tasks

• Planning and conducting user research along our Hybrid Intelligence Product Loop, from diagnosis to validation
• Condensing user insights into decision-ready foundations for Product Owners and product teams
• Advising our customers: You make assumptions visible, classify findings and give clear recommendations
• Responsibility for the expansion and automation of our design and research pipeline with AI tools
• Translation of research results into UX concepts, flows and testable prototypes
• Close collaboration with Product, Strategy and Development, from hypothesis to handover
• Active role in quality standards: You ensure that product decisions are based on evidence, not assumptions

Qualification

• 4–7 years of experience in UX design and user research for digital products (Web, SaaS, Dashboards, Apps)
• Sound experience in planning, conducting and evaluating qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, usability tests, surveys)
• Strong conceptual and analytical thinking: You recognize patterns in user data, structure findings and derive understandable recommendations
• Strong customer focus and very good consulting skills, you can communicate findings understandably and make decisions together with stakeholders
• Experience with common AI tools and the ability to use them specifically in research and design workflows, including experience with MCPs
• Responsibility for further developing and automating our design and research pipeline with AI
• Confident handling of Figma and common research and prototyping tools
• Routine in collaborative work with a product team
• You are able to structure your own work independently
• Fluent German and English are a must
• Curiosity, willingness to learn and the desire to grow professionally and methodically
• Bonus points for: Experience with design systems, accessibility, tracking/analytics or Super Mario Kart
