UX Designer - Senior Role

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities : Tasks: You will design outstanding digital products and services for a wide range of domains from industry to consumer in close collaboration with the businesses, research teams, global UX studios and external entities Profile: Senior Interaction Designer (5-6 years’ exp) You are a systems thinker, able to spot connections from miles away. You thrive in uncertain and complex situations. You demonstrate a bias for action, preferring to find and create opportunities rather than waiting for them to come along. You are passionate about crafting user-centered experiences that drive business results. You have a strong understanding of human behavior, psychology, and sociology. You can effectively communicate your design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, and you are able to navigate complex organizational structures.
