Aufgaben

• Further development of internal software with a focus on UX in the healthcare sector and work in operational UX design, strategic planning, and process optimization
• You work closely with Development, Product Management, and Stakeholders together and take over the consultation on prioritization and UX strategy
• You analyze user behavior and derive data-based design decisions
• Conducting customer interviews and usability tests
• Creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Maintenance and optimization of consistent UI components

Qualifikation

• You have a completed degree or comparable training in the field of UX, Design, or Human-Computer Interaction
• You have been working in UX design for at least five years – preferably in the software sector, healthcare, or regulated structures
• Fundamental UX principles from theory and research as well as continuous development of component-based design systems are familiar to you
• You use common design and research tools with routine and bring experience in Design-to-Code processes as well as prototyping with AI support
• You possess comprehensive practice experience in UX research and a deep understanding of Product-Discovery methods, from which you derive valuable insights
• Your core competencies include excellent communication skills, analytical strength, and a structured work approach. Complex requirements motivate you – you develop well-thought-out solutions and can justify them convincingly
• Thanks to your multi-year experience in the DesignOps field, you are able to take your environment with you, coach it, and sustainably further develop existing design processes
